Passed 100k subscribers and still not got Silver button? Then when?


You may have passed 100k subscribers on YouTube but awaiting your silver play button. You are driven here by curiosity to know when you will get it. So read it till the end.
Well, you should not expect to get one instantly. The number of creators on YouTube is increasing at an incredible rate which makes this process late. Moreover, YouTube manually reviews your channel before giving the award simply because they won't be sure that you gained subscribers without misleading or spam. Your account should have 0 copyright and 0 community guideline strike in order to get that award.

 The whole process goes like this,
Once YouTube reviews your channel then they will send you a mail giving congratulations and you will get your unique award redemption in that.

Then you have to go to award redemption site (simply search on google or click here). There enter your details and name to be shown on Award after you enter your code.
And that’s all. Within one week you will get you to package at the given address.

Well if you ask how much time YouTube takes to send Award e-mail? Then it maytake up to 2 months. Personally, in my case, I got my award after 1 and a half month from the date of passing 100k subscribers.

So chill out and anytime you can get an E-mail.
