Of course sleeping at 3 am and waking up at 2 pm gets you ample of sleep time, but it is more than harmful because your body is not meant to practice it. The ideal time to sleep is 9:30 pm and wake up at 4:30 pm. And most scientific posture to sleep is by laying on left side.
